Welcome to our friendly Colchester based salon experience!
Our treatments and services are all overseen by our qualified and experienced assessors but are delivered by learners (unless stated otherwise) hence the huge savings!
By booking with us, you consent to photo's being taken before, after and during your treatment (where applicable) for portfolio, training and advertising purposes.
Please note that if you're booking on somebody else's behalf - it is COMPULSORY that you book in their name and use their contact details.
Unconfirmed appointments are not safe! Please ensure you've followed Fresha's confirmation policy and confirmed your space. We reserve the right to book other clients in your space if you haven't confirmed.
Ocassionally, appointments may be cancelled at short notice as many treatments are carried out by learners. We try to avoid this as much as possible however we do advise against booking appointments for special events (proms etc) or taking specific leave when booking with our student therapists.

A little more on how it works!
We are a UK approved training provider, specialising in hair and beauty treatments from level 1 to level 7 aesthetics. We offer a wide variety of services, with students and newly qualified team members. To ensure our learners are confident, ready to deal with all situations and achieve their qualifications with the closest possible experience of the industry, we provide a salon environment for them to work with clients in.

You will be asked to secure your booking with a credit/debit card however NO money will be taken - but this secures us against late cancellations and no shows, where a fee will be deducted.
Please ensure that you have selected the correct level of treatment - our lowest priced services are with supervised students, whilst our higher priced services are with newly qualified or experienced team members.
Our medical history forms will reach you once you've made your booking via email. These documents are mandatory and no treatments will be performed without them. They must be completed at least 3 days prior to treatment.

All of our learners are registered with us on an accredited qualification, meaning that they are covered by our insurance and appropriate licences. They are supervised by qualified and experienced team members, who also hold a teaching and, or assessment qualification in the subject that they are supervising.
Our teachers are quality assured regularly, undergoing a range of observations of teaching, learning and assessment, and are also required to undertake a minimum amount of hours industry training and practice each year to ensure their practices are current and safe.
Our learners are only allowed to use professional products supplied by the centre, and all equipment is approved, tested and CE stamped to ensure your safety and quality of treatments.
Due to the nature of the training, some learners may be a little slower, or nervous during their treatment. Our prices reflect the stage of training or experience that the learners have, and we ask our clients to be patient and considerate to this situation. We also ask that if you do not book an appointment that you are not able to keep, or give us as much notice as possible in the event of a cancellation. No-shows are particularly disruptive to the learners, and in some cases can affect the learners ability to complete their programme if the treatment is for a final examination.
We require all clients to complete a medical history form before attending the centre, and some of our treatments will require you to have a skin test carried out 48 hours, or 5 days prior to treatment. Completion of this form will let us know if you are eligible for treatment before booking an appointment that may need to be cancelled.
