Booking and paying for your course couldn't be easier. Find out ways to pay,

Paying for your course

We try our best to keep the cost as low and as flexible as possible when offering our services. We have a range of ways that you can pay for your training with us, and you can rest assured that we do our upmost to ensure excellent value for money. 

We have time each month dedicated to fund searching to be able to support those who are less able to access education, and have an increasing amount of partnerships and contracts for various streams of government approved funding.


Below you will find details about the options we have available, and the associated terms and conditions of enrolment with us.

  • Payment Plans

    CREDIT CHECK AND INTEREST FREE

    For some courses, we are able to offer payment plans that will allow you to pay for your course in easier bitesize instalments. The instalments can be set over the term you want, up to 12 months/instalments, and the best part is that they are CREDIT CHECK and INTEREST FREE!


    To pay for your course using a payment plan, we will require 1 item of photographic ID, and 2 proof of address (dated within the last 3 months). These must match the names/address on your enrolment form. The payment plan will be sent to you via email with all relevant information.

  • Making a Payment

    Methods of Payment Available


    Invoices and payment plans for courses are sent out via email. 


    Payment options for invoices are 


    • Bank transfer
    • Credit/debit card including Visa, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, or Union Pay
    • Secure Text Payment (Text pay' + 'amount' + 'Invoice reference' to +447866121121
    • PayPal 
    • Some courses have a direct booking link (PayPal or Card payment) on our website (usually next to the course details) or during the booking process on Eventbrite (if applicable)
    • Contacless, Google Pay or Apple Pay at our Colchester Site
    • Cash at our Colchester Site

    All payments are in line with our terms and conditions. Reminders are not sent out monthly for payment plans, so it is recommended that a recurring bank payment is set up at the first payment. 



    Invoices are often sent via QuickBooks. If you are expecting an invoice and it hasn't arrived, please check your spam/junk folder, and then contact us if you have any issues.
